London Occupational Safety and Health is always looking for volunteers of varying skill. If you’re interested in any one of our particular programs (Student Teaching Program, Latin Outreach Program, Repetitive Strain Injury Group), or would just like to help with general office duties, volunteers are always welcome and needed to support any and all of these endeavours. We are proud to count volunteers among our greatest innovators and most valuable resources, and look forward to working with volunteers both young and old.

LOSH offers you the opportunity to gain useful workplace skills while learning vital information that will help you remain safe and promote safety throughout your life.  In addition, we give you the freedom to expand and develop skills to increase your career opportunities, and can provide much needed reference letters for our dedicated volunteers.

• Marketing and event planning - Raising awareness in the community, Producing information pamphlets and promotional material, Organizing and participating in events
• Research - Collecting material, Cataloguing resources
• Fundraising - Developing ideas, Organizing material, Approaching organizations and individuals for donations
• Office administrative - Filing, copying, Shelving resources, Cataloguing resources and materials
• Grant writing - Experienced proposal writing or students taking grant writing courses
• Layout and design for publishing - Technical writing skills, Graphics design, Book layout
